Dear Crafter:
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the Knights of Columbus 1st Annual Arts and Crafts Show. This marks the first year of our spring fundraiser show.
Our show has 80 available spaces. Council #6 takes a special interest ensuring a successful day for our Artists and Crafters. We begin by screening all applicants carefully to ensure that we have a varied show. We take careful consideration with the appropriate placing of each persons needs. We will promote the show using media campaigns for Radio, TV, flyers, posters, newspapers, craft group notices etc. Members of Council #6 will be available on the day of the show to assist artists/crafters with any special needs.
We hope you will plan to participate in our show as part of your upcoming year schedule. The show will be held Saturday, May 1st, 2010 from 9am to 3pm at the Cromwell Middle School in Cromwell CT. An application has been included on the back of this letter. The deadline for applications is April 15, 2010. Confirmation and acceptance of your application will be sent to you shortly after we receive it. Requests for withdrawal of the application and refund of the entry fee will not be accepted after April 15, 2010.

ENTRY FEE: $45.00 Single space (approx 9’x8’)
$80.00 Double space
Late application fee of $10.00
Confirmations will be sent within 10 days of receipt of application
Deadline for Application: April 15, 2010 – NO REFUNDS after this date.
FACILITIES: Some electrical is available at the show ($10.00 charge). Chairs will be provided if requested prior to the show. Bring your own tables.
PROMOTION: Media campaign for Radio, TV, Newspapers, Signs, Posters and at Craft Facilities as available.
REQUIREMENTS: We reserve the right to accept or reject your application. Please provide photos of your craft. Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own sales tax. Handcrafted items only – no imports or kits allowed. No more than two crafters per booth. All Artist/Crafter photos will be returned the day of the show.
Coffee available to booth persons prior to the show.
